Stephen Cachia is a "unique" Real Estate Agent. 1) He is very familiar with the area of Maroubra Beach where our unit is located. Hence he knows a wide network of prospective buyers; and the worth of properties in this area. Pun intended, Catchia knows how to "catch" appropriate prospective buyers who are serious about buying. Our property was sold off the market, unrenovated within our time frame. 2) Stephen is "unique" as a Real Estate Agent in that (i) He connects well with his clients; and can establish a rapport with them quickly. (ii) He is straight-forward and honest in his dealings. This is a rare attribute in a Real Estate Agent. (iii) He puts 100% effort into trying to sell at the price the vendor wants though at times circumstances dictate. Last but not least Stephen goes the extra mile in the discharge of his responsibility in selling - always with a smile on his face. He even offered to "roll up" his sleeves, wear his thongs and help us pack/move our belongings into storage! You are an asset to your boss and PRD Real Estate.
