Best property manager that I've ever had.
I wouldn't have gone anywhere near PRD Burleigh but for the presence of the best property manager that I've found after 40 years of playing this game. Averil Buckingham. Hands down, shout it from the rooftops. If you can have Avy looking after your place I'd highly recommend it. I have, and will continue to follow her to any place that she works.
