Kym is the best agent on GC

We recently went through a very difficult experience that ultimately required us to leave the property we were renting. Throughout what was an incredibly stressful time, Kym was nothing short of exceptional. Her support, compassion, and genuine care made an enormous difference, and we are truly grateful for everything she did to help us. We have always rented high‑end properties, and unfortunately, our experience with many property managers in the past has been disappointing. Too often we’ve encountered rudeness, condescension, and a lack of accountability, even being blamed for issues that were never ours. Kym was the complete opposite. She stood out immediately with her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond in every interaction. Kym shines in her role. She treats tenants with respect, communicates clearly, and handles challenges with empathy and efficiency. What impressed us even more is that she brings the same level of dedication and integrity when working with property owners. It’s rare to find someone who balances both sides so well. We have never had such an outstanding property manager. Kym is a true asset to her profession, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. We will miss you Kym. I hope we cross paths again.
