Absolutely terrible!

Professional but made many mistakes that they did not own! Allowed my cat to be stolen while 1 agent supervised 10+ prospective tenants as we were told to leave the property. Cat was returned after 4 days with almost fatal tick. Cost $1500. Then completed inspection report with no issues with bedroom carpets (after v expensive cleaning and then additional carpet cleaning bills) and then demanded carpet removal due to animal urine smell in bedrooms. Sent me a quote for over $3000 with no fore-warning. Tenants listed 2 French bull dogs as only pets but have since found out they also have at least 1 German shepherd and 1 Labrador. So urine damage was engineered as my expense despite tenants dogs being responsible, and yet they demanded I fix it immediately. Would never trust them again. They have not returned my keys but told me to collect them from their reception. I asked for them to be mailed as we don’t live on the Gold Coast any longer but met with curt response. In short, professional but very flawed and they definitely did not look after my interests.
