Patience is a Virtue.

When I first went to PRD Real Estate I was a bit blind in my approach, not knowing anything about selling my house but everything was put as ease when I met Serena. She answered everything I needed to know, and was patient with us in the process. We had a change in interest rates right throughout our sale which meant we had to work together to achieve a result. She was always happy to discuss the progress of the sale with myself and my partner. Her persistence was her strong point. We hit several hurdles, particularly with the interest hikes which meant we needed to revisit the plan for the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one. Serena was able to change goals and revisit the marketing when we stalled as the market dropped. Overall, we are happy with the sale.
