Make Eileen the first call you make when buying a new property

We had never used a Buyer’s Agent before so I genuinely didn’t know what to expect — but working with Eileen and her team has been nothing short of exceptional and I couldn't imagine buying our home without them. After 16 years of being in our home, it was time to sell and purchase a new property. There are three of us purchasing this new property together, each with our own needs and priorities and Eileen managed to accommodate all of them with absolute grace. Eileen negotiated an off-market opportunity for us, comfortably below our budget, which still feels unbelievable. A special mention must go to Chloe who was patient beyond belief and found our new home for us. She sourced properties tirelessly (we didn't manage to crack the 100 mark, but we got close!), attended many open homes on our behalf and always provided thorough overviews with clear pros and cons. Her support made the entire search process feel calm and manageable. Both Eileen and Chloe have fantastic working relationships with agents and associated real estate professionals all over the Gold Coast which made a huge difference in the properties we were shown (we wouldn't have even found this one on our own) and the speed at which things moved. Eileen is professional, empathetic, dedicated and fabulously helpful — the sort of person who brings warmth, clarity and calm to a stressful experience. Her team was equally brilliant and always responsive and supportive. Would I recommend Eileen and her team to anyone looking for a Buyer’s Advocate? Without hesitation. We are so very thankful for everything they have done for us - and will be our first call if we ever need to buy a new property.
