Excellent communicator, honest and available

Emily made herself always available throughout the process, answered all questions and was honest when unsure, but always found the answer. Even went as far as calling after hours, past 7pm, to inform that my offer was accepted. She made purchasing a first house a total breeze and was greatly appreciated.
