Fabulous agent

First time weekend in Southport 08 July 2018 and looked at some apts.. alas needed more research.. Found lead from web for THE SHORES new listed apartment and contacted Gerard and flew up on 10 07 2018 . Met Gerard at property and was first overwhelmed, coming from busy Sydney and then after long relaxed guidance from Gerard I realised apt was perfect for my plans in size, views, amenities and close to G rail and local Woolworths, swimming, bicycling and settled on 16 July 2018 after great negotiation from Gerard with the owners. I moved here the Monday day after settlement and picked up keys from Gerard after drive from Sydney . He took me to the Shores and showed me parking, keys .. After he answered all me questions by text and email re repairs persons, local shopping and I now know now there is abundance of everything in Gold Coast, referred me also the conveyancer in the first instance and today i am seeing his accountant and financial planner for 2nd appointment .. So really a fortuitous meeting of Gerard as his listening to my plans and meetings with me certainly assisted and guided in a fabulous new life change... must say given number of agents i have met in some dealings over the years , i could have been bawked by such a move , albeit a slice of paradise.. but Gerard took the time and care and consideration of my needs and really appreciate... and would certainly refer to all..
