Not my favourite agent

As I was selling this property on behalf of my mother to fund her dementia care, I had to make some pretty tough decisions, which seemed to be lost on Justine. Admittedly the property was in a very untidy state, and as a family we did not have the resources to clean it up. Justine response was “you’re devaluing the place by $200,000”. A point not lost on us however I didn’t need reminding. After Justine told me her number I disagreed saying that there were other properties setting the market at least $100,000 above her number. Days later Justine made her own offer, which was over $150,000 below the eventual selling price. The property sold for just $5,000 under my expectations of which Justine was well aware. Communication during the process I found lacking, having sold more than 8 properties over time, compared to other agents we have used. I have kept the emotion out of this review however I would NOT engage Justine or PRD Tamworth for any future dealings.
