Great customer service and exceeded expectations

Having only bought in the past i was unsure what to expect in selling a house, especially in a rural town. Jed's knowledge of the market was excellent and he gave us realistic expectations with regard to the market. Jed kept us informed of where we were in the sale process and was happy to move at a pace that fit in with our needs. Jed was great at anticipating our needs and made the whole process enjoyable and smooth. I was happy with the communication provided by Jed and flexibility in meeting times to sign documents and view house. I would highly recommend Jed to anyone selling or buying as he will look after your needs. We ended up with a sale price above my expectations. I am so disappointed that i now live in a different area and can't use Jed to acquire my next property. The bar is set high for the next real estate agent i deal with.
