Responsive communicator

Mark was a reliable and open communicator who answered his phone or returned calls straight away and kept us in the loop.. He coached us through the complex NSW real estate settlement arrangements and enabled us to take possession on our preferred (non-standard) date. He helped us on what was a long distance deal and put in the extra effort required when dealing with long distance buyers. He was able to negotiate a sale where both parties were happy with the deal. He was always calm and courteous and made us feel like his only priority, though he would have had other issues to attend to, I'm sure. Thanks Mark, we love our new home and lifestyle.
