A little disappointed

I understood that the market conditions for the location were not all that great at the time, which of course resulted in the sale taking a lot longer than expected. The sale price achieved was below expectation and the communication throughout the period of the house being on the market was a little poor. A simple email/phone call on a regular basis would have instilled confidence that every effort was continuing to be made to sell the property.
