Market knowledge

I requested for a weekly remt of $700 while your team advised that $650 is a more realistic figure. Despite the advice, I did go ahead with $700, and there have been interest and potential applicants agreed to this rent. The property has been rented on $700 eventually. I was disappointed as Ray White failed to provide a professional advice on the rent.
