I really appreciated that Erin always replied to my questions promptly. Whenever applicants applied for to rent property, Erin always documented on email the details of each applicant. Made it easy for me to weigh up each options which is better than just a verbal run through on the phone as sometimes it's not convenient to take notes while on the phone. Very happy with the service Erin provided.
