Michael handled a tricky brief brilliantly.

Michael is a very experienced local agent here with an excellent reputation. I gave him a brief that wasn't straightforward to achieve, that I preferred to find a purchaser rapidly in the difficult pre-Christmas period, understanding this might limit the price prospects slightly. Michael wrote a perfectly stated description of the property for the listing. In short order he had shown 4 couples through the property, all of whom seemed highly suitable prospective buyers for the property. One party was interested enough to make a realistic offer, which I accepted. There were some unavoidable delays due to Christmas as I needed to be certain of securing the property I was purchasing at another location. Michael and the purchasers were all very patient, and Michael was a great source of reassurance and advice to me during this tricky period of making the two sales line up correctly. Overall, Michael excelled in his duties and I would have no hesitation in recommending any prospective property seller to use Michael as their agent.
