Perfect Sale

This was the very first time I have been involved in a house sale, so the process was all a bit daunting to me. From my very first contact with Michael I felt completely at ease and very confident with his advice and options. Michael's appraisal of my property and his advice as to the timing of the sale was spot on. The house sold very quickly and with a price I was very happy with. I was kept up to date at all times either by phone calls, messages and emails as to the progress of the sale, how many people were at the open houses, the interest, and any offers that were made. Michael worked alongside Sam Tsiaousis who, like Michael, is a fantastic agent too. The communication, real estate knowledge, the professionalism and friendly attitude from Michael and PRD Newcastle are second to none and I would highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone. What I thought would be a stressful time was made so easy. Can't thank Michael and his team enough.
