Totally recommend Niki.

As soon as I met Niki I was impressed. He was prepared, he was knowledgeable and he was professional. He had done his market research and gave me a realistic range from the get go. My home wasn’t market ready, so he worked around my timeframe while marketing my property to his database. Within the week I was good to go to market and that’s when the campaign took full flight. Niki organised everything from photographers, to marketing material and the open houses. There was a fairly short space between the first open house and Christmas so I was keen for a reasonably quick sale. With only 2 official home opens and a preview, Niki received solid interest and offers from the start. He achieved a fabulous result in which all parties were winners and there was a SOLD sticker on the massive PRD sign as we celebrated Christmas. I totally recommend Niki and the team at PRD.
