Very reliable and experienced agent

We bought our property through Prestige Professionals, then used them as our managing agent for rentals and then selected them to be our selling agent (after considering a few others..). Daniel seems to have capitalized on the Holsworthy listings so we knew his local knowledge of the market would be unmatched. Daniel was very transparent and reliable throughout the entire process. Providing us updates daily and answering all of our questions. He guided us throughout the entire process and had a great network of suppliers (staging, handymen, painters..) to tap into. His assistant Kirby was fantastic, filling in for a few days when Daniel went on holiday. There were some minor communication gaps during during this period but all was sorted out in the end with a few extra phone calls/emails. In the end, we got a great result - more than our listed asking price. Couldn't have done it without Daniel and Kirby's efforts.
