A no hassle fast sale

We had been through a 3 month process previously with another agent which had proved expensive and fruitless. We had also paid for a stylist and this process resulted in a lot of inconvenience for us. This was followed by an auction process which was a total and expensive waste of time. After this I contacted Peter Price as I had heard good things about his business and that he was an expert in selling houses in our suburb being totally aware of the market in our area. From this we got two offers and after some negotiation on Peter's part we achieved a great price. This was after very little hassle and only one day of getting the house ready for viewing.
