The perfect agent for a first home buyer
As a first home buyer with my wife, it quickly became apparent how out of depth we were when we started the process of purchasing a house, been looking around for a little while, and came across this house with lots of potential, and that’s where we met Leigh and his wife. Now the first thing you get with Leigh is he is a very personable guy, when you are with him you can just feel he is very genuine, that he means everything he says and is generally having a good time helping people navigate this process. I was told by lots of people not to act like I wanted the house as it would only help an agent take advantage of us, but I could tell that Leigh was here to help so I had spoke to Leigh on the phone about how much I would like to get that property. He was exactly the agent I thought he would be, he valued my honesty and faith in him, and then proceeded to help me through the whole process from start to finish, and was very patient with me while I got all my finance and Conveyancing sorted, and always had time for me when I had a hundred little questions I wasn’t sure about, he was just always there with a laugh and a story. And then when we got into the offer and purchase time, Leigh went into negotiations with the best intentions for the vendor but also keeping us the purchaser in mind and trying to get the best outcome for all involved. I don’t think my newly starting family would have gotten this purchase without his help, and that will always mean a great deal to us. And just as you would expect from a guy like this, the help doesn’t stop after the sale, he keeps in touch about work we have done to the property, and how we are in life, and that he will always answer a text or pick up the phone if we need. As he says, if you purchase a house with Pridham, you join a family. I highly recommend Pridham property to sell your house, and If you’re buying a property with Leigh as the agent, you are already off to one of the best starts of journey that you can get.
