The best in the business

Gary is the best agent by far I have ever come across in my 40 years in this industry. Firstly he was prepared to work with me and sat and listened to me for a few hours about the features and history of the house. He was very professional and polite. He noted down all the features and selling points diligently. He didnt try and screw me down on price like other agents and point out any negatives. I commend him on his positive attitude. He always communicated with me throughout the whole process and achieved a record price above expectations. We had it listed 18 months earlier with the so called 'best agent' in the area. They had it listed for 5 months, communicated poorly and brought one low offer, which they then tried to force me to accept. Gary achieved $190k more than their best offer.
