It comprises a lovely old timber C of E church, a 1927 state schoolhouse still with some ink stains on the floor, big gums, shady peppercorns and much more on 3acres. St Matthew's, is an 1800s baltic pine-lined church, has a 10x5m main hall, small room ideal for an ensuite and amazing exposed timber ceiling. Great job. Would recommend Chris without hesitation

I got Chris in to value my property more out of curiosity than anything. I was quite surprised at the price he tossed up, thought it was way too high. Turned out he was bang on the money. It was a lot more than I thought I would get. Chris had the job of selling it in a pandemic and put in a lot of extra work zooming prospective buyers. He had great local knowledge and founds people for conveyancing, repairs, termite certificate etc. he even arranged off his own bat to have the 3acres mowed and appealing when I couldn’t get up there. All up, very happy with Chris.

A great local agent. Rapt with the price.

Chris is a great agent and I’m really pleased with the job he did selling my place for a local record price. He came out, had a look around, and threw a ridiculously high number at me. I would have taken a lot less, but he was bang on the market! Because of the Covid lockdown, he had to do a lot of video inspections and such. He arranged to have the 3 acres of grass mowed, knowing I couldn’t get up there myself, found some great local tradies for a couple repairs. He got me the full asking price and a quick settlement. I found him invaluable over a couple contract issues. It was all much too easy :)) I’d recommend Chris highly.
