Property sold

Agent suggested list price and then came back suggesting a price reduction, left me feeling a little disappointed. Went with these agents thinking they were linked to agent that sold property to me originally. Even though got a sale with a good price, disappointed with the advertising. Also settlement was pushed out another week and we are still waiting to be able to access the funds.
