Great experience

From the first meeting with Michael we warmed to his honest and open personality. He explained the good, the bad... and the ugly about the sales process that he planned to implement for this particular property and made sure that we all shared the same expectations as to a satisfactory outcome. The property had a number of structural issues, but was in a good location. Michael leveraged the "good" to ensure we gained the best price possible... we are very happy with the outcome! Michael and his team more than exceeded our expectations and did so in a very timely manner, achieving the sale through his extensive network. He was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and was even happy to check in on the property and assist us with a number of issues outside his brief (this was due to us living a long distance from the property).
