Smooth sailing with Ray

We knew our relationship with Ray was going to be a successful one right from the start. He was positive that we would sell quickly even though we just had a contract fall through. We agreed that the unit was priced in the vicinity to sell with some negation either side. The other great thing was that Ray followed through on the things he said he would do, for example, open inspections on Saturday morning. He set out costs up front with no hidden 'surprises'. Overall, we would highly recommend Ray to anyone wishing to have a smooth sale of a unit or house.
