You can't beat Con's local knowledge

We interviewed 5 different agents and Con really stood out for us. Con was open and upfront with his strategies, expectations and commission. Con was the ONLY agent that told me his commission was including GST without me having to ask, the other agents only told me their fee was excluding GST after I probed them. It was not only Con's open and honest way of doing business that stood out, but also his extensive local knowledge. Con knew the value of our location immediately, whereas it had to be pointed out to the other agents. Con truly was remarkable. He had our house sold in well under two weeks and he got us above and beyond what we were hoping for! I cannot recommend Con enough, he was always available when we needed him and nothing was ever a bother, he went the extra mile and we can't thank him enough. 10/10 Fantastic
