Amazingly considerate :)

I have been renting through Professionals in Australind for a few years now. I have found all staff to be very understanding and supportive of my needs, and thoughtful in regards to unique situation. I am Autistic, and often experience selective mutism due to severe anxiety. This makes phone calls very difficult for me, and impacts on my financial capacity. The wonderful staff here worked very hard to find me an affordable rental during a time when prices were rising far beyond my capacity. They are also accomodating by emailing rather than calling me. They are always friendly, understanding, very prompt with any maintenance needed, and helpful :)
