•Overall I’m satisfied. I would like to see some improvement I. The time it takes to respond to queries. I have sent emails which have not been replied to and queries that have not been replied too. I have requested that things get fixed and I only find out if that has been done or not when I get the end of month statement. Would also like them to show a bit of initiative. When my lawn is patchy and dying when the inspection report is sent to me it should be a sign that someone needs to be said to the tenant. I shouldn’t have to initiate that conversation.
