About Simon

Simon is a Licensed Real Estate Property Manager with vast experience in the field, managing over 300 properties. With the ever changing dynamics of Fairfield Real Estate, Simon keeps abreast of the trends in technology for both the Fairfield Sales team and the Fairfield Rental Team. It is important to our office that the teams be kept updated with real estate trends and relevant legislation. Simon brings a pleasant nature and willingness to our office and is highly thought of by both our clients and members of our team.

About us

T&J Realty Pty Ltd T/as Professionals Real Estate Fairfield first commenced trading in October 2001. The principal, Joanna Cognetti has many years of selling experience. She is assisted by Fahde Yousif, a very resourceful sales representative with over 6 years experience in listing and selling properties. Our Property Management team is lead by our Senior Property Manager, Tania Pacenza who has successfully managed rental properties in the local area for the last ten years and has vast experience and knowledge. Helen Karidakis has 12 year experience in Property Management and also brought knowledge and experience into our team. Simon Cognetti has joined our Property Management team in 2013 and is eager to gain all the knowledge and experience the office can provide as well as giving his input on the digital marketing side of our company. Laura Sheil joined our company in 2018 and has over 10 years experience in the industry. Salwa Mete is our Property Inspection officer and has experience in Property Management as well as fluent in the English, Assyrian and Arabic language. Catillo Cognetti has 30 years experience in Office Management having run his own business for more than 20 years in the financial industry and has a wealth of knowledge technology management, he also manages the Commercial arm of the office. Our office is a family owned business with stable employment. You deal with reliable people for long periods, unlike larger companies who are forever changing office staff. Our team is large enough to cover demand, yet small enough to give friendly personal service.

Wonderful Agency

Great Service

Gianni and the team at Professionals Fairfield are very easy to work with, particularly for someone new in the market such as myself. Gianni is patient and thorough with his service.
