Joanna Cognetti is the licencee and principal of Professionals Real Estate Fairfield and heads our sales department with over 30 years experience in sales of which 19 of those years where in Real Estate. Having lived in Fairfield all her life, Joanna has a lot of local knowledge of the property market and delivers that knowledge to our clients with accurate and up to date appraisals and sales results. With strong commitment and motivation, her reputation is one of honesty and integrity. About Gianni

The youngest in the family of real estate agents, it only seemed right to join the family business. Having completed his high school certificate and then going on to study a Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Property, Gianni always had a genuine passion for people and property. It is important to Gianni to conduct his role with honesty, professionalism and integrity to meet his clients needs at all times. Gianni is conscientious, creative and hardworking and will work to ensure he can provide an exceptional service. T&J Realty Pty Ltd T/as Professionals Real Estate Fairfield first commenced trading in October 2001. The principal, Joanna Cognetti has many years of selling experience. She is assisted by Fahde Yousif, a very resourceful sales representative with over 6 years experience in listing and selling properties. Our Property Management team is lead by our Senior Property Manager, Tania Pacenza who has successfully managed rental properties in the local area for the last ten years and has vast experience and knowledge. Helen Karidakis has 12 year experience in Property Management and also brought knowledge and experience into our team. Simon Cognetti has joined our Property Management team in 2013 and is eager to gain all the knowledge and experience the office can provide as well as giving his input on the digital marketing side of our company. Laura Sheil joined our company in 2018 and has over 10 years experience in the industry. Salwa Mete is our Property Inspection officer and has experience in Property Management as well as fluent in the English, Assyrian and Arabic language. Catillo Cognetti has 30 years experience in Office Management having run his own business for more than 20 years in the financial industry and has a wealth of knowledge technology management, he also manages the Commercial arm of the office. Our office is a family owned business with stable employment. You deal with reliable people for long periods, unlike larger companies who are forever changing office staff. Our team is large enough to cover demand, yet small enough to give friendly personal service.

Only man to call when selling

Really good and easy to work with
