Pat has once again been fantastic, this time in managing the sale of my property. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and up to date, and I am not sure if I would have got the same price I would have without him. In addition to this, he also managed the change of tenants over the top of the sale period. I couldn't ask for a better service. Pat is warm and open and great fun to chat with. Having someone who you feel friendly with to work with as an agent is a very important part of the process.
