Our first impression of Lilian was of a positive and professional agent and our impression was grossly underestimated. On our first meeting Lilian's presentation was detailed and selling price expectation higher than other agents interviewed. The property went on the market before Christmas and although much interest no sale immediately. However meetings with Lilian and Andrew provided us with marketing analysis to assure us that we would sell for the anticipated advice. This gave us peace of mind and we did sell on the next weekend for the price wanted. Throughout our experience communication was exceptional and above all friendly and positive. We considered Lilian and Andrew as friends helping us in what can be a stressful time. We would recommend them to anyone considering real estate services.
