Melissa and Natalie have excellent market knowledge, are highly professional and communicate well..

Before selecting Granger Clark as our Property Manager, my wife and I obtained quotations and information from several other property managers in Perth. Through Melissa Ormsby and Natalie Gillespie, Granger Clark offered the greatest flexibility and were the most competitive, providing the best value for money. Importantly, Melissa and Natalie both demonstrated a high level of efficiency and professionalism in dealing with us and, subsequently, with prospective tenants. The process to set up a management agreement with Granger Clark proved straightforward and we were very satisfied with the clarity and flexibility of options offered. Natalie and Melissa were responsive to and clearly understood our requirements and offered thoughtful and preceptive advice in advertising the property and subsequently negotiating a lease. The outcome was we now have a good tenant and have settled a favourable lease with minimal delay. Their responsive and professional approach was demonstrated in the first week of the lease, when the tenants also encountered several problems with the property, the most serious one of which was a significant water leak. As our Property Manager, Natalie provided a rapid response to us and the tenant, has already dealt with two of the issues and is currently dealing with the leakage problem, which has a level of complexity in resolving and negotiating the respective responsibilities of two insurers (landlord and building). I have no hesitation in recommending Granger Clark as exemplary property managers.
