Seamless process to finalise offer

We did three significant prices drops ($20k each) to attract more buyers to our property; therefore indicating that the original recommended price that we started with was too high for the current real estate market. Additionally, I would have liked a little more proactive analysis on properties in the surrounding areas to help inform the most appropriate price we should be offering. Once I did this; interest increased. Once we were able to get interest in the property, Janet did a fantastic job to work through obtaining and finalising an offer - and I am very confident she balanced our needs as the sellers with the buyers and the tight frame I had to sell my property.
