I couldn’t recommend Natt highly enough. She has been an absolute superstar throughout the entire process and has made what could have been a stressful experience so easy and enjoyable. She has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions, keep me updated and make sure everything was taken care of, even with the little things. Even after moving in, she has continued to be amazing with organising and following up on the few minor defects and making sure everything is being addressed.
