I got in touch with Nat once our property was ready to be leased. Nat took my call and she visited the property the same day. From there, she worked very efficiently in sending us all the paper work and prompting for other documentation. It was smoothest process to go through all the documentation with Nat. There were no hassles and Nat kept updating us on prospective tenant applications and sure enough, within a week found us an excellent tenant which we finalised within a week. From the time of my property completion to getting a new tenant, the process was seamless, hasslefree and most of all a pleasant experience to say the least. Nat has been an excellent touch point for any issues or questions, we had. We sincerely do hope that all agents are much like Nat. You are a superstar!
