Very professional and capable agent. I feel confident knowing my investment property is in safe hands as an out of state owner. Emma is a knowledgeable, efficient and competent property manager, she responds to any maintenance issues quickly and is always very responsive to any queries I have with thorough knowledge of the house and the problem and has given me sound advice on any issue presented. The current tenants recently gave notice to vacate and Emma and the team acted quickly with advertising and open inspections, thoroughly vetting all applicants to secure a new lease agreement.
