Be Warned NOT all agents are honest

I watched 2 sets of friends a few months both had their properties undervalued by $200000 and $300000 alike, I know these big agents they can undervalued and you will sell super quick because you trusted their big names. I'm not going to lie , I found Johanna via AI, I asked for the agent with the best reviews and the highest EQ , she was first on the list Not pushy at all in fact she came to see me when I had to make a big decision on a renovation I was making and if the money would be well spent, she had recommended not spending the money and we would reach out goal 2 months later we listed, 11 days later sold Honestly this agent, knows The Escapism that the Purchaser is seeking, waves her SALES wand and gets it SOLD Don't fall for the con artists, I wish I could give her 7 Stars Here is to not wasting money on things that don't matter and will simply be money down the drain The right agent , knows every aspect of Criteria Thank you Johanna
