Wonderful Experience

I recently sold my house with Toby and he was excellent to deal with, we spoke with him a few months beforehand in regards to selling our rental house and I’d said we would market it once painted. Once painted we touched base again and we sold the house within 2 days without even having it advertised and at a price we were happy with. Toby kept us updated and was great to work with throughout the whole process.
