The Best !!

Glen Aspy worked in a most efficient and professional manner in effecting the sale of my sister-in-law's home. Glen inspected the property and gave us a realistic valuation, explained clearly all related costs and what we should anticipate as a net result. He explained all this simply to my sister-in-law who was at that time hospitalized, and on whose behalf we were helping arrange the sale. Very pleasing result

"Determined Agent"

We had been looking for a block of land in the Modbury area for many months and finally found a great location. Glyn helped us every step of the way with the purchase of that land. An instant repour and trust led us to ask him if he would also look after the sale of our current home. The sale of our house proved to be harder than we first thought but Glyn's patience and determination helped us to achieve our goal and we are now designing our new dream home. We have bought and sold 5 houses in the past and have dealt with many agents but must say that Glyn has gone the extra mile for us and exceeded our expectations with a level of service that we had not experienced before.
