My experience with Mel was very positive. He was always courteous and helpful. This was my first time as a new home buyer which could be quite stressful at times. Mel is knowledgeable and a good communicator and over the many weeks of getting from first inspection to settlement day, he and the team were always there for me to answer questions or supply necessary documents, and they always responded in a timely manner.
