Charming, Personable, Patient

Denise Allen organised and effected the sale of my Surfers' Paradise property and in a slowing market facilitated small repairs and improvements with reliable tradespersons at reasonable prices in good time. That required quite a deal of extra attendance at the property which I was unable to do as I live far away and don't drive. In all Denise reduced the possible stress of the process and maintained smiling equilibrium with a range of buyers who apparently felt that a 20 year old property should be as modern as one built in the days before their visit, but should still be at a 10 year old price. Full marks to Denise for bravely and sweetly dealing with all concerned - she has my hearty recommendadtion.
