•Overall, my experience so far has been mixed. On a positive note, I received all the necessary information at the beginning of the lease, including booklets, keys, and the property condition report. I also really appreciate being allowed to rent the property with my cats, that was a big plus for me. However, I’ve also had some concerns. While Michelle, the property manager, communicates politely via email, her tone can sometimes feel blunt or dismissive of valid concerns. A few maintenance issues could have been addressed earlier, but I’ve had to take care of them myself. Additionally, there has been no follow-up on other matters I’ve raised, which feels a bit unsettling, especially as I’ve only just started my lease. I’m hopeful that communication and responsiveness will improve moving forward, but this has been my experience so far.
