•We have only just started renting thru this real estate so I will update as time goes on but so far it hasn't been very professional at all. They organised a zoom meeting which they didn't show up to and wouldn't answer their phone leaving me waiting for over an hour with no response. A few hours later they let me know they were unwell. If I am unwell and going to miss a meeting I usually have enough respect for the person and will let them know, maybe they can take this onboard. When I did finally get ahold of them they said I would be sent a code for the lockbox at 7:30am the day the lease started. I wasn't sent the code and had to wait till 9 when the office opened and someone finally answered to be told the reason was the agent was sick. This also could have been done in advance or other arrangements made so as to not sit in a car waiting to get in. Luckily the truck wasn't coming that day or they would have charged an extra 3 hours. After finally gaining entry into the property we found it had not been cleaned from the previous tenants. The agent said it had been cleaned by professional cleaners and they could get them back if there was an issue. I asked to have them back then the agent changed her mind and said the cleaners couldn't come back.. I assume because there were no cleaners. Hopefully the previous tenant wasn't charged for a cleaner as where did their money go? The PCR was laughable. It took me 3 1/3 hours to fill it out as the agent just wrote "clean and in good working condition" even when filthy. I assume the report would have been filled out differently if it was a tenant leaving instead of moving in. This should be classed as fraud. I then had to ask the website directly for a copy as one wasn't provided from the agency. Overall so far they don't live up to their name and I do not recommend them to anyone.
