Throughout our landlord journey, Jamie-Leigh has always been super supportive, informative and understanding. As first-time landlords, she was open to answering all of our questions and explaining how and why we needed to do things. The process of listing the property for rent was seamless, from advertising to inspections and signing the lease only took 2 weeks. We were presented with appropriate and well recommended Tenant choices, making us confident we were going to have an easy lease with them. If there was a fault at the property, we were informed as soon as she knew about it, she would find quotes and contractors, sometimes before she could contact us, and ensured our Tenants were informed of how we were working to fixing any issues raised. Not living locally, Jamie-Leigh handled all of our property dealings, so we did not have to worry about it at all. The level of communication was excellent, between busy months with many faults and the quiet easy times, we still had regular and relevant communication making us feel valued and not just another Landlord by Jamie-Leigh. This is not the norm with other companies, as we have experienced since originally agreeing to lease our property.
