Persistence pays off.

When initially contacting Bradley's office to put my house on the market, I was well aware of some of the shortcomings of the house itself. I had been living there for over 34 years but, due to unforeseen family and physical circumstances I was forced to relocate. Upon viewing the property, this did not stop Bradley's enthusiasm to grab the bull by the horns and he went about tackling the job of selling the property with great vigour. After the first buyer withdrew due to the property shortcomings, he took it in his stride and immediately rose to the challenge again. The withdrawal of the second buyer for the same reasons did not deter him and he continued to maintain a positive mindset re the property's assets. This led to the third buyer ultimately taking up the property. Bradley's professional approach throughout the whole process was impressive which made him a pleasure to deal with. He is to be highly commended on his ability to constantly keep me up to date with any progress and his knowledge of the local market is exemplary. I would be hard pressed to find another agent with his attributes.
