I hadn't sold a house before and I had my rental for nearly 20 years and Karen was very understanding of my situation. Karen kept me informed of the progress of the open for inspections. She utilised her experience to ensuring she picked a suitable time to maximise the people who came through based on the open for inspections in the area. I was very comfortable with Karen and I knew she meant it when she said she would get the right price for my house. She always kept me informed of the status and the people coming through and when she felt a buyer was under pricing my house she did the right thing and informed me and advised me not to rush into a cheap sale and she was right. i would certainly recommend Karen and when i buy again i will be in contact with her. thanks Karen for all your invaluable help with my property.
