Outstanding Property Management

Melissa Iacozza is our property manager and she has been nothing but exceptional. Melissa is very prompt with finding great tenants for our property. All communication is very effect and fast. Any maintenance is always brought to our attention as soon as possible meaning we can rectify anything for the tenants before it gets worse. Very knowledgeable for the local area and able is able to provide an accurate weekly rent that meets with the current rental market. We are grateful for how smooth the process has been with Melissa.
