Not great for inexperience tenant

We feel great and signed happily - do not mind of pay more rent. The short inspection time that I was unable to discover things like lack of fly screens and security screens . some do have flyscreens but frames are curled slightly which make them useless. Lack experience -assume pool maintenance is included as it said there is pool in advertisement. Some minor dismerits like poor grassland and messy brick graveyard are a bid disappointed at this price but have to admit that we have agreed and signed. I am still happy as I can find a home in this urgent market.
