Sold on the first home open!

Tracey was wonderful. We saw she had sold a house a few doors down from us in record time, so I gave her a call. She came to view the property without delay and it was advertised a few days later. Our first and only home open was a great success with cars lined up down the street! We accepted an offer that was written up the same afternoon and was higher than what we expected.
